Man claims to have filmed nessie
Yorkshireman Gordon Holmes was carrying out experiments at the famous loch when by chance he happened to spot a strange creature in the waters. Now his film of the incident is causing a sensation.
The legend of the Loch Ness Monster dates back to 565 AD when St Columba was said to have seen a strange water monster in the loch. Tales of Nessie regularly surface, but she is a symbol of Scotland that is so recognised across the globe that when there are any new sightings reported it causes a frenzy.
Gordon Holmes believes the shadow is Nessie
The new footage showing a creature swimming across the loch is already causing a stir.
The footage was taken at the weekend by an amateur scientist who happened to spot a fast-moving creature swimming across the world-famous loch.
Gordon Holmes, from Yorkshire, had been undertaking some scientific tests on the Loch, recording sounds from the deep with special hydrophonic equipment.
But nothing prepared him for the prospect of actually setting eyes on what could be the elusive Nessie - an event he luckily captured on film.
Gordon took his tape to local experts who say it warrants further scrutiny - and so far, the
The debate over the footage is likely to rage onjury is out.
Gordon hopes to have the tape further analysed to try to get to the bottom of the Nessie mystery. But even from a scientific viewpoint, he believes the Loch Ness legend stands up to scrutiny.
No doubt the images will undergo further analysis as people try to work out what the creature is. But in the meantime, it is another mystery at the heart of Loch Ness.
Whether people believe it to be Nessie or not, those living in the area who benefit from the tourism industry will no doubt be overjoyed at the timing of this new sighting.
And whether anything is ever proved conclusively, the legend of the Loch Ness Monster will live on regardless.

Prince William breaks up with long-time girlfriends
Britain's Prince William has broken up with his long-time girlfriends Kate Middleton as per reported in news last Week. Friends of the second in line to the throne confirmed that the tabloid story was correct but an official spokesman would only say "We do not discuss his private life." The news said the couple, who met while studying at St Andrew University in Scotland, has reached "an amicable agreement" to end their relationship. The romance by the eldest son of the late Prince Diana had been conducted under the full glare of media publicity with paparazzi constantly hounding Middleton outside her London apartment. The young couple were seen hugging and kissing during a skiing holiday in Switzerland only last month. Their relation had been strained since William graduated from Sandhurst military academy last December. A close friend of the couple told that William simply hasn't paying enough attention to Kate. She is stuck in London while he is living in an officer's mess. Kate feels hugely frustrated that their relationship just seems to be going backwards at a rate knots.

What a suck idea from Jutawan Adbrite.
But what I’m trying to say is, the whole concept of Jutawan Adbrite seems to be lack in sensitivity for the advertisers. Advertisers here are those unlucky person paying for the invalid clicks grenerated via Jutawan Adbrite team work. Why unlucky advertisers? Because they are paying for nothing. There are no real potential buyers in this case. It’s all faked out to be true. I bet not even few of those who click the ads may have the intention to buy anything from the Ads, except they are doing it because someone tell them to click. Quoted from Jutawan Adrbrite page:
Iklan Adbrite Peserta Program Jutawan Adbrite!
Pendapatan dijana melalui iklan dibawah ini. Anda hanya perlu klik pada link dibawah ini untuk menjana pendapatan!
Translated;
Participant’s Ads of Jutawan Adbrite Scheme!
The income is generated by advertisement below. You just need to click on the following links to make money!
Smell something fishy? Yes it is. Advertisers are putting their ads for potential buyers, not for self clicking publishers. Will the advertisers be willing to pay if they know those people who are in Jutawan Adbrite whose clicking for money?
Sadly, the whole concept with it is just far away from the initial idea of any advertising network: to serve the ads to any genuinely interested potential buyers.
Will Malaysians, again, be banned from Adbrite for this just as lame as what had happened to us with Clickbanks? Any body report about this site to adbrite?

Blogger fume over proposed online curbs.
This issue become hot and hotter lately. The number of blogger that not happy with the comment from the anonymous visitor rise day by day. Outrage abounded in the blogosphere lately as a pair of Internet luminaries lobbied for rules of behavior in the lawless world of online commentary. Some of them came out with idea code of proposing a "Blogging Code of Conduct" to impose civility on the Internet. A culture is a set of shared agreement taht allows us to live together. Let make sure that the culture we create with our blogs is one that we are proud of. The release this week of a first draft of rules of behavior for online commentary is riling blogger who accuse its author of acting like new-age media overlord disregarding precious rights of free speech. The proposed code calls for blog content to be deleted if it abusive, threatening, libelous, false or violates promises of confidentiality or right or privacy. One of half-dozen rules bans anonymous comment and call for ignoring trolls poster of nasty remarks. Bloggers complaint that barring anonymity would gag online comment from countries with governments intolerant of free speech.

Digital and video download to be newspaper of the future.
It's pretty obvious that digital connection is going to be like oxygen to our culture. Base from the studies, that are showing numbers of newspaper reader in the US is dwindling as cyberspace gains ground. One recent report by Pew research centre in Wasington found that 43% of Americans today turn to the internet for news as opposed to 17% who rely primarily on a nation newspaper. Much more wireless broadband will be available globally and information will be probably less text-based than visual . The changes of technologies would allow information to converge into a single device. Video would become the dominant medium for information with consumer able to download them on demand via the internet or mobile phones. We are witnessing an explosion of video creation and entering an era where video is everywhere. People are going to make video continously. Instead of getting text alert on our phones, we'll get little video alerts too. With that in mind, newspaper as we know them may become a thing of the past in the not-so-distant future. Print may be dying. Advertising revenues are also expected to change drastically, as ads on the internet are not as lucrative as those newspapers.

Breast cancer is becoming frighteningly common.
Dear Sisters and wives of my gentlemen friends,
I was informed by the Moderator of Women's workcom. that one of her rep. had been diagnosed with breast cancer and she is concerned that we should inform our friends about this.
Ladies - some awareness!!! Gentleman - pass on to the ladies in your life, to all the women you know.
Some time ago, I attended a Breast Cancer Awareness seminar put on by Terry & A period. I asked why the most common area for Breast Cancer was near the armpit.
My question could not be answered at that time. This e-mail was just sent to me, and I find it interesting that my question has been answered.
I challenge you all to rethink your every day use of a product that could ultimately lead to a terminal illness. As of today, I will change my use. A friend forwarded this to me.
I showed it to a friend going through chemotherapy and she said she learned this fact in a support group recently.
I just got information from a health seminar that I would like to share. The leading cause of breast cancer is the use of anti-perspirant.
What? A concentration of toxins and leads to cell mutations, a.k.a. CANCER.
Yes, ANTI-PERSPIRANT. Most of the products out there are an anti-perspirant /deodorant combination, so go home and check. Deodorant is fine, anti-perspirant is not.
Here's why:- The human body has a few areas that it uses to purge toxins; behind the knees , behind the ears, groin area, and armpits. The toxins are purged in the form of perspiration. Anti-perspirant , as the name clearly indicates, prevents you from perspiring, thereby inhibiting the body from purging toxins from below the armpits.
These toxins do not just magically disappear. Instead, the body deposits them in the lymph nodes below the arms since it cannot sweat them out. Nearly all breast cancer tumors occur in the upper outside quadrant of the breast area. This is precisely where the lymph nodes are located.
Additionally, men are less likely (but not completely exempt) to develop breast cancer prompted by anti- perspirant usage because most of the anti-perspirant product is caught in their hair and is not directly applied to the skin. Women who apply anti-perspirant right after shaving increase the risk further because shaving causes almost imperceptible nicks in the skin which give the chemicals entrance into the body from the armpit area.
PLEASE pass this along to anyone you care about.
Breast cancer is becoming frighteningly common. This awareness may save lives.

Motivate for earn money from adsense.
Hi,
My fullname is Rohaizad and Ombak is my nickname.
I am 26 years old, from Malaysia and this is the first episode of my Adsense Make Money.
In this Adsense Make Money: My Journal, I will share (in detail) with all of you about my own experience since I was ZERO untill I earned the money from Google (even my visitors still not reach 1000 yet-as for today-17th Sept 2005-).
Well, this is my blog but, it is not the first. I already have a blog before but it's 100% in a Malay (language).
Those days, I never thought that I will have my own blog.
It's because at that time, I really hate to be a blogger because for me, those who have a blog is a "wasted people" (sorry to say).
Yup.... untill I come up with my own stupid statement like this e:g:
"What the hell for me to tell my own life story to the people outside there?"
Yeah... I said that because I am so stupid at that time.
In fact, I'm not interested with any "IT" methods before...!!
Why?
The main reason for why this scenario happened because I don't have any background/knowledge about "computer/IT/programming". That's why I'm felt so down and that's why I felt that this is not my way. For me, there is no choice to earn money via internet. I am so dumb and I admit that.
Untill, one day .....when I surf the internet (SVOA forum), there is a man from the forum asked me "Do you wanna make an extra money?" I said, yess..!
So, he asked again: "Then, why not you join me in the Google Adsense programme?"
I neglected the invitation so many times. Yeah... I already set my mind that I can't because at the same time I know my limitation and I don't know how to "blog"....!
Then, guess what...?
I push myself to create a new account with Blogger. I tried so many times to understand the whole concept .
Then, I asked myself "Why must I put a limit on myself about my own potential?"
After that, I made a decision to refer back at "that man" and try to get more information about the benefit of the blog.
Luckily, he agreed to teach me from the first step untill the main point. Believe it or not, I never known this person, never saw him, I don't know him.... but he's still want to teach me and it's FREE...!!
I'm really respect his attitude and his credibility. He also don't know me.
All I know ... his name is Affendy and the nickname is Mr Sid. Now, he is my "Guru".
Now, I'm ready to think out of the box. I'd learn from the basic even sometimes he (Mr Sid) doesn't know that I'm struggled ALONE just to study a little bit of "IT" methods such as HTML,coding and also the internet "terminology". Now, I am very confident to do the adsense and I already earned money from it. How about you....?
So, if you're still interested with the adsense (as a beginner), feel free to read the next story (at least within 2 day) of my Adsense Make Money .......

Why hospital still need a donation from outsider?
The Royal Children's Hospital's request for major medical equipment funding has been knocked back by the State Government for the second consecutive year, forcing the hospital to again rely on the Good Friday Appeal.
The hospital missed out on government funds this year to buy a $4.5 million magnetic resonance imaging machine; last year, it did not get the $1.57 million CT scanner it asked for.
In both cases, hospital authorities decided the replacement high-tech machinery was so badly needed that it allocated the Good Friday Appeal funds to buy it.
In publicity for the appeal, which this year raised a record sum of just above $10 million, the hospital said the waiting list for scans on its sole MRI machine could be up to four months.
Opposition health spokesman David Davis said the hospital "has again been forced to compensate for inadequate government support".
He said: "The Bracks Government continues to play the pea and thimble trick whereby some resources are made available but other resources are held back, forcing the hospital to dip into precious appeal funds."
He said the auditor-general had been critical of the State Government for not putting in place a proper system for replacing capital equipment in hospitals. "They have seen that by not funding the essential equipment, the community will step into the breach."
Mr Davis said he was also concerned about a drop of more than $60 million in the net value of the Women and Children's Health Network's facilities and assets over the past four years.
The network's annual report showed that the worth of the network, which includes the Royal Women's and Royal Children's, dropped from $253.4 million to $192.2 million from 1999 to 2003. "The reduced financial position reflects a long-term starvation of the hospitals," Mr Davis said.
The network placed an MRI scanner at the top of its priorities for funding under the $17 million set aside for Victoria's targeted capital items list this year.
Department of Human Services spokesman Graeme Walker said the Government funded the network's second preference, a $349,000 peri-operative service suite and equipment at the Royal Women's, and the network's fifth priority, a $700,000 dual-head gamma camera. On an individual hospital basis, these represented the Royal Women's first priority and the RCH's second priority.
Mr Walker said there would have been equity issues involved in any decision to give one hospital almost 30 per cent of the total funds, which the MRI would have consumed.
He said once the Government had told the network it could not fund the MRI, the hospital had been upfront in informing the public that the Good Friday Appeal funds would go to buy the MRI.
Minister for Health Bronwyn Pike last week announced an extra $18 million a year in recurrent funding for the RCH. This followed $6 million emergency funding for cancer facilities and $2 million to begin redevelopment planning, plus an extra $8 million one-off grant to cover costs. A spokesman for Ms Pike denied the Government had taken into account the appeal funding.
A thought from Nick Johnson about Insurance Companies and Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is a malignant cancer that is found in the mesothelium (or protective covering) of the lung, heart, and abdomen. It is caused by the exposure of asbestos and is the focus of thousands of lawsuits across America. Many people who are diagnosed with mesothelioma are those who worked in factories, automotive factories, construction, and with jobs that manufactured or produced products that was made of the asbestos fibers. Thousands of people are winning billions of dollars in mesothelioma lawsuits; however, the insurance companies frown on these lawsuits because of the lack of evidence that the asbestos exposure is the cause of the mesothelioma. The insurance companies are feeling the pain of these lawsuits because they are losing billions of dollars.
Although it is proven that mesothelioma is caused by exposure to asbestos, it is not known for sure where and when the asbestos exposure really occurred since it probably occurred over the course of thirty to forty years. Mesothelioma is not a disease that occurs overnight. It occurs as a result of prolonged exposure to asbestos. Many people who are diagnosed with mesothelioma worked for company's decades earlier where asbestos exposure was very high. It is evident that that the mesothelioma was probably caused by this exposure, but the insurance companies say that there is not real evidence to prove this exposure. Therefore, the insurance companies really frown on the mesothelioma cases.
If you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma and you are having a hard time getting your insurance company to pay for your medical expenses, then you should contact a mesothelioma lawyer. You have a right to have your medical expenses paid regardless of what evidence your insurance company says it has or is missing. There are mesothelioma lawyers who are trained and who have a lot of experience in dealing with insurance companies and mesothelioma and they can answer any questions or concerns that you have about your mesothelioma and how your insurance company is or is not handling your medical expenses that are related to your condition. So, if you feel you are not receiving fair benefits or treatment from your insurance company in regards to your mesothelioma, you may be able to file a lawsuit and you may be entitled to many benefits as a result of your mesothelioma lawsuit. There is no need to suffer more than you already have. A mesothelioma lawyer will be able to help you.
